Lychee Lemon Balm Manuka Honey Lemonade

Ingredients
- 2 bags Tetley Lemon Balm with Manuka Honey Tea
- 1 cup (250 mL) boiling hot water
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) fresh lemon juice, divided
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried crushed rose petals
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) lychee juice
- 2 cup (500 mL) ice, or as needed
- 8 pcs canned lychee, divided
Directions
- Transfer tea bags to large heatproof measuring cup. Pour boiling water over tea. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes and remove tea bags. Let tea cool completely to room temperature. Stir in lemon juice and lychee juice until combined; set aside.
- Transfer 2 tbsp lemon juice into small shallow plate, and the crushed rose petals in another small shallow plate.
- Dip rims of 2 tall glasses into the lemon juice, then dip into the crushed rose petals.
- Divide 6 lychee pieces between the glasses and muddle. Then fill each with ice. Pour in tea mixture.
- Garnish each with remaining lychee pieces and sprinkle with rose petals.

- To make ahead, brew the tea, chill and store in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
